OVERVIEW

This is a great all-around wheel for all types of riding. The C45's have been popular for road riding and racing, time trials and triathlons, gravel and cyclocross. This carbon wheelset is fast, strong and comfortable. The C45 uses a mid-depth rim: it's light enough to accelerate and climb and a joy in cross winds, while its aerodynamics make you feel like you have an added gear at race speeds.

The C45 measures 28mm at its widest point - a bit wider than most to improve the tire's aerodynamics and widen its contact patch for better handling. You'll get more out of your chosen tires with a wider rim.

Premium Sapim Race Spokes are double butted and provide a combination of lighweight and strength. The brass Sapim Secure Lock nipples work great for strength and hold up better to corrosion than standard alloy nipples.

The C45 can be built with a number of different axle combinations. If you don't see it, let us know and we will get you taken care of. Disc brake axle types are as follows:

Rol wheels upgrades new bike!

Upgraded my new Canyon road bike with this 28 spoke C45 wheelset. Nothing wrong with the stock wheelset, which are now my backup wheels. The Rols are, in no particular order; a pound lighter, faster at speed, more responsive for hard accelerations, sweet looking! I do feel bad for the stock backup wheels, though. My last bike, 6 years old, almost 30K miles, was also upgraded with Rol M45,s (carbon with alloy brake track). The Rols were put on the new bike, and are still true as new. That bikes backup stock wheels are somewhere in the basement. I think. Maybe my Rols don’t need backups??
