Warranty
Learn more about our warranty and how we stand behind the quality of our products.
ROL warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years after original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
The seller is obliged to guarantee the item sold against latent defects which render it unsuitable for its intended usage, or reduce this usage to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased the item, or that he would have purchased it only at a lower price if he had known the latent defects existed.
Warranty’s limitation
The ROL warranty covers exclusively the manufacturing defects of its products and would NOT include any damage resulting from a crash or misuse.
The ROL warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use.
Wear and tear parts are identified as:
brake surface of tubular and clincher rims. ball bearings brake pads (if came with wheel)
NOTE: Always use carbon-specific brake pads when using full carbon clincher or carbon tubular wheels. It is important to change your carbon-specific brake pads when riding wheels with non-carbon braking surface. Damage to carbon rims from debris stuck in the carbon brake pads is not covered by ROL warranty.
Please contact info@rolwheels.com for all warranty issues.

Yes, either a rim strips or tubeless tape is needed for all of our wheels, unless otherwise noted.
Our rims do have a maximum psi - please contact us with each specific rim and we will provide you with the max pressure. To be honest - you don't want to ride and anywhere near the max pressure.
Each wheel will have a recommended weight on it. If you don't see it, please contact us.
Our hubs are compatible with Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo drive trains. If you have a question on which one you need, please contact us.
